You may return any unused product for a refund, store credit, or an exchange within 30 days from the date we shipped the product. This is only for the return of product in brand new condition with intact packaging and no damage.

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects for 30 days from the time of shipment. This is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover user damage. If you have an issue with the product, please email us at info@duncantoys.com.

Most orders are shipped same day or next day, we strive to ship all orders within 48 hours or less. During high volume sales, specials or popular product releases, orders may take up to 72 hours to ship.

Orders within the United States are usually received within 2-3 business days but may take up to 7 business days.
